I understand that things come up and appointments may need to be cancelled. I ask that you give me at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations within 24hrs will be charged.
Normally between 7-8 weeks depending on the breed and your choice of styling.
I have a strict no drying cages policy, all dogs are finished by hand
Grooming sessions can take between 1.5-3 hours depending on the service required and the condition of the dogs coat. I will contact you prior to the end of the groom to advise you when you should collect your dog.
I ask that all dogs are brought with a collar and lead. I do provide treats for the dogs with permission, but if you prefer you can bring your own.
At Paws & Bows my aim is to keep your dog relaxed and calm during the grooming experience, as i want them to enjoy it and leave feeling pampered. I do have experience with anxious dogs who have had a bad experience at a groomers before but If I do come across any serious problems during the groom I will discuss them with you so we can agree on a solution together.
